DIRECTIONS

  • Working on the non stick Craft sheet, melt Clear UTEE in the Melting Pot.
  • Stamp on your red colored CD using a good heat set type of ink.
  • Use heat gun to heat stamped image. This seals the ink and also softens the CD making it safe and easy for cutting.
  • Now that the CD is soft, use good scissors to cut the CD to the size and shape you like.
  • Lift the CD with your tweezers (our angle tweezers are the very best for this) and dip the entire piece into the Clear melted UTEE. When coated, remove and immediately dip into some beadazzles. These beads will stick to the hot UTEE all by themselves and they will stay put.
  • Now, place the CD on the non stick craft sheet and allow it to cool down.
  • Add one of our self sticking pin backs or attach one of our very cool Pin Bales (use Zap a Gap to attach it) and wear as either a pin or necklace.

    MOLDED UTEE FAN EMBELLISHMENT

  • Wendy made a UTEE mold using our Mold-n-Pour molding putty (follow package directions). She molded from a piece of jewelry or a charm in the shape of a fan.
  • Use a small amount of Rub n Buff (applied with your finger) to the surface of the UTEE casting to bring out the raised areas.
  • Attach to the CD with Zap-a-Gap.
  •
